Stay Playful Project fundraisers help schools, PTOs, youth programs, libraries, and community groups raise support through fun, imaginative, and meaningful play products such as toys, puzzles, books, games, activity kits, and family-friendly creative activities.

One product can create more than one kind of good.
Stay Playful Project uses play-focused products and product examples in two simple ways. Some items may be given directly to children, families, classrooms, or community programs. Other items may be offered through fundraisers that support both a local school or organization and Stay Playful Project’s ongoing work.
Schools and organizations can participate without buying inventory, collecting payments, or managing fulfillment. Stay Playful Project can handle the products, checkout, tracking, and delivery details.

Free group pickup keeps more money in the fundraiser.
Shipping can quickly reduce the impact of a small product fundraiser. That is why many Stay Playful Project campaigns may use free group pickup or school-based distribution whenever possible.

Delivered to the school or organization
Stay Playful Project can prepare completed orders and deliver them in bulk to the participating school or organization. Families pick up their orders during a scheduled pickup time.
Optional home shipping
Shipped directly to supporters
Individual home shipping may be available for an added fee when a supporter chooses home delivery instead of group pickup.
With the $10 puzzle example, shipping is kept separate so the give-back is clear: $5 supports the school, $5 supports the Stay Playful Project, and optional home shipping is added only when selected at checkout.
