Contact and accounts
Responding to you and providing account access.
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, message, and any optional organization or program information you provide. We use these details to respond and handle your inquiry.
Account features use your email address for sign-in verification and access to your profile, linked emails, and donation records. Sign-in emails and donation confirmations are separate from optional email updates.
Donations
Payment processing and donation records.
The donation form collects your name, email, amount, selected project, and optional note. These details support payment processing, confirmations, donor records, and account history.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment details are entered through Stripe’s payment interface; The Stay Network does not store your full card number.
You can choose whether to receive optional email updates during the donation process. Contact us about changing that preference.
Website services
Browser storage and service providers.
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and contact-form spam protection, and Stripe for payments. These services process information needed to operate and protect their features. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.
Account sign-in uses a session cookie and a browser storage hint. If you arrive from Stay Playful, session storage remembers that project during your visit so the return banner and relevant form defaults can appear.
